Shipping - Returns
The shipping costs to Germany (mainland) are based on the categories of products:
Stainless steel chimney (complete): 35.00 EUR
Stove: 40.00 - 50.00 EUR
Mini Grill (4"): 25.00 EUR
Mobil Smoker (10"): 50.00 EUR
Smoker Grill (16", 20"C) : 70.00 EUR
Smoker Grill L: 90.00 EUR
Smoker Grill 20"XL: 110.00 EUR
Smoker Grill 24"XL 130.00 EUR
Hot tub: 300.00 EUR
All other products: 25.00 EUR
When ordering several products at the same time, the shipping costs are only charged for one item (highest shipping cost of the ordered products).
For deliveries to Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Slovakia 20.00 EUR will be charged additionally.
For deliveries to Italy, Denmark, Finland, France, Romania, Croatia 50.00 EUR will be charged additionally.
For deliveries to Sweden, Greece 70.00 EUR will be charged additionally.
For deliveries to Ireland 110.00 EUR will be charged additionally.
For deliveries to Spain 130.00 EUR will be charged additionally.
We also deliver our products to Switzerland with a net invoice (100% prepayment by bank transfer or Paypal).
For the preparation of the customs declaration for shipping and shipping itself, an additional 80 to 190 EUR will be charged depending on the size of your order.
We deliver worldwide - shipping costs for other countries will be individually calculated - on e-mail request.
The shipping costs will be displayed automatically when ordering the product before confirming the order.
All prices are in "Euro" and include the currently valid VAT.
We accept payment by bank transfer, Paypal (credit & debet card, Paypal account, etc.)
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed using the same payment method as when ordering the item. Paypal fee (if applicable) will not be refunded.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@holzofenshop in order to organize the exchange.
